My family of 6 and 3 additional friends just returned from 12 days of
Spring break vacation at a Quintess property in Saint Thomas, Virgin
Islands (see http://quintess.com/st_thomas/d2421 for photos of the
property). We were very excited to make our first trip to the Virgin
Islands but we were most impressed with the location and caliber of
the Quintess residence known as Pelican Heaven. The name is well
suited for this 5 bedroom gem that sits high on a cliff with
relentless views toward Saint John, Jost Van Dyke and Virgin Gordon.
It was very difficult to get motivated each day to leave our private
view decks and the pool area of our island mansion to visit the many
attractions of Saint Thomas and the neighboring islands!

Our Quintess Hostess, Linda Witkop, was very helpful both before and
throughout our stay on Saint Thomas. Before we arrived, she helped us
coordinate airport transportion, rental cars and stocking the kitchen
with our favorite foods and beverages. While we were there, she
recommended several remote beaches for us to visit, got us tickets on
the overbooked Atlantis submarine, provided key hard-to-get dining
reservations, recommended a unique charter boat service to the British
Virgin Islands, got us some underwater cameras and snorkeling gear and
even found our kids a swim coach and pool to practice at while we were
visiting the island. Her service, positive attitude and local island
knowledge made the laborious details of the trip quite simple to
manage and the outings were much more enjoyable as a result. I would
definitely go back to Saint Thomas in the future and thought the only
downside of the entire trip was the travel time from the west coast.

We have also visited several other Quintess properties over the last 2
years in Los Cabos, Costa Rica, Aspen, Napa valley, Miami and
Northstar and have experienced the same high level of satisfaction
with the homes and local service. The Club also has a dedicated staff
at corporate that provides great assistance for planning and booking
future trips. This has been invaluable with our busy lives! We have
currently booked Jackson Hole, Los Cabos, Turks & Caicos and Napa
Valley for upcoming trips and look forward to new locations coming
soon in Deer Valley, Hawaii and Florence. Our experience with Quintess
has been very positive to date and we would highly recommend that
others consider Quintess as their top choice if you are seeking large
luxary homes in great locations. You will not be dissapointed! A word
of caution though – be careful who you invite on vacation with you.
Our teenage daughters brought a good friend with them to Saint Thomas
where they shared the 2nd master suite throughout the visit. Her
parents tell me that she cried for hours when she returned home and
then spent the next 2 days convincing them why they must join Quintess
immediately!
