Quintess, LRW hit one out of the park this time! Our experience in Florence so far is OUTSTANDING! The Florence venue, in a ‘cradle of culture’ combines old world charm and class with life in the luxury lane. The home on the Torre del Gallo estate is elegant! Tastefully decorated and thoughtfully appointed, it provides the perfect environment to enjoy Italy as the royalty must have seen it, without all of the attendant problems of being responsible to run a country.

Monika, our Destination Host, is wonderful. What a delight to meet someone who loves her work and executes her responsibilities so ably. She shepparded our late-arriving luggage to our home like a pro. We didn’t even have to miss a change of clean underwear. She showed us the home and its complicated (in a good way) systems efficiently and with great knowledge. She was proud of her product – and it showed.

Monika then proceeded to review our itinerary and provide us with options taking into account what we thought we would like to see and do. When we decided on a plan, she had the contacts and resources to make the necessary arrangements and take care of the smallest details. What a luxury it is to have brought “our personal secretary” along!

As we cabbed our way home from an outstanding restaurant in the city, our driver said, “You must be very important people. Where you have asked me to take you is the finest address in all of Florence.” Indeed it is. Indeed it is. Thanks Quintess for all you do.
