You really know how to conceptualize and execute a business that makes every Member feel special. Once more we find that each location we visit is better than the last. I think Santa Barbara, California is our eighth or ninth stop, and we find this place charming. It is elegant without being gaudy. The decorations are world class and the amenities seem to improve with each stay. Providing fitness center passes has proven to be the most welcomed addition imaginable.
