New to Ultimate, but had been with Private Retreats for several years. The transition has gone smoothly and the recent stays (NY, FL, and Park City) have been great (as expected).

The UR focus on the real families (for example, having pre-exisiting PCs, printers, etc., hardwired and wireless, linked to the net) has been a plus so far, in addition, of course, to all the others niceties that you come to expect. Similarly, the idea of being able to share your alloted time with family members without you seems generous.

I’m looking forward to an further expansion of locations and properties with the wow! factor.
