We joined Ultimate Resort as part of the Tanner & Haley bankruptcy workout early this year after 5 years’ membership with Tanner & Haley. We’ve been impressed with the fairness and seamlessness of the transition which has thus far involved one carryover reservation in Park City and one new stay in Scottsdale. It’s been pleasing to deal with many of the same Tanner & Haley line personnel we knew from before. Much more reassuring, frankly, has been the introduction and consistent application of reasonable usage rules involving the number and timing of reservations, length of stay, cancellation policy, and the like. This welcome new focus preserves value and opportunity for all members. Several upcoming reservations for New York City have been professionally handled, especially when it came to timing adjustments and special concierge requests. We see strong management at Ultimate Resort providing a solid future with well planned growth in membership and number of properties.
