Our family transitioned over from Tanner & Haley and we have found the “new” Ultimate Resort to be excellent so far. We have travelled to New York and Vail this year, but have trips planned to Cabo, Telluride and Maui. Planning the trips has been a breeze- and the customer service has been very attentive and pro-active. The resort specialists on the ground have been exceedingly pleasant to deal with, not to mention very meticulous when it came to meeting our requests. We travelled about 20 days/year with the old T&H, but likely will increase that with Ultimate Resort due to our positive experiences thus far.
