We were originally with Tanner and Haley during the start up of the Distinctive Retreats and have continued to enjoy our membership with Ultimate Resort through the transitiion phase. The membership has been a good choice from the start and seamless through it all. We even upgraded and most of our days for this year have already been used up(and it is only May). Saying that, we are so comfortable with the club, we will pay for our days to stay in the houses due to the quality of homes selected by the club that are worth every penny over renting homes through other programs. The staff is over the top in helping you along with suggestions and continue to assist you nonstop throughout the booking process and during the stay. Many of the concierges go above and beyond their duties and make you feel so at home which is what we look for as we move forward with the new program.

Suggestions

A list for members to access of members who have booked and need to cancel their days The other member can pick up the days and the original member who booked can avoid the cancellation fee(if they are within the time period). Also, a list of members who are requesting additional days to their stay at a certain home and/or that a booking agent can check with a member to see if he is willing to let some of those days go so that a member can stay longer at the home.

A concierge to work with you from start to finish after booking. It makes for a more seamless stay and you work with one inidividual after booking(and even during the booking period as well if there are questions by the member). They know the destination the best since they live there.
