I’ve been a member of Ultimate Resorts for 9+ months. I joined because I felt it was a great value and also as a corporate member it gave me a great deal of flexibility on how to utilize my membership. My family and I recently spent five(5) days over the Thanksgiving holiday in the Scottsdale Arizona residence. The entire experience was great. Brooke in the main office is always wonderful to deal with in making the reservations and other necessary arrangements They were able to arrange for us to have a private chef come to the house and cook Thanksgiving dinner for us which was really great. Also, the concierge ( Austin ) in Scottsdale did a fantastic job. From the moment he met us at the residence when we arrived with the complimentary chips, salsa and margarita’s, to arranging for dinner reservations, setting up horse back riding for the family and golf tee times, the whole experience was a true pleasure. We truly had a wonderful holiday with this first class organization and am looking forward to NYC for New Years Eve.
